Good printer, decent support
I bought the QIDI X-Max 3 after doing some research. Ordering was straightforward, no issues there. It took about 6 days to get to my place in Indiana, which wasn't too bad. The printer itself was mostly assembled, setup was simple enough. I had a small question about the Klipper interface and used their online chat. It took them about an hour to reply, but the agent was helpful and fixed my confusion. Print quality with PLA filament has been consistently good. I also got a hardened steel nozzle which seems solid. Overall, a good experience.

I ordered the QIDI X-Plus 3 and it's fantastic! The prints are so fast and the quality is amazing. I used some of their High-Speed PLA and PETG Filament, both worked perfectly. This machine is a huge upgrade from my old one. I'm already planning my next project and will definitely buy from Qidi Tech again!
